Personalities

SPIRIT works with selected personalities whose name, reputation, expertise, public profile, or commercial relevance represents an identifiable economic value.

The personalities presented in this section are connected to SPIRIT in different ways. In certain cases, individuals have contractually granted SPIRIT the right to represent, market, commercialize, or otherwise manage specific rights connected to their person, name, public profile, expertise, brand value, or professional activities.

In other cases, SPIRIT has acquired certain claim rights, receivables, or other enforceable positions against individual personalities. These claims are administered and processed by SPIRIT in relation to the respective persons as debtors.

This section therefore provides an overview of personalities in relation to whom SPIRIT either holds commercialization rights or pursues acquired claims. Each individual profile provides further information on the relevant background, the nature of SPIRIT’s position, and, where applicable, the basis and scope of the claims being asserted.

The inclusion of a personality on this page does not necessarily indicate an ongoing cooperation, endorsement, or representation relationship. The specific legal, commercial, or contractual relationship between SPIRIT and the respective individual is described on the corresponding profile page.

Through this structure, SPIRIT creates transparency regarding the personalities, rights, claims, and commercial positions that form part of its portfolio and activities.
